I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, I found the rooms to have a strong smell of cigarettes and dampness, which wasn't pleasant. The location is convenient for accessing the airport, but it's not in the safest area. Overall, good value for money considering the friendly service but the room conditions could definitely use some improvement.
